He has as won many fishing tournaments including the Fort Lauderdale
Semi-Annual and Fashion 220 tournaments, back to back! He has owned and sailed his own Yachts and a 155' Ocean Salvage Tug. He was Master of a Square Rigged Sailing Ship. |

Captain Bailey spent
2 years as
Captain on the Motor Yacht "Let It Ride" (x "Robin Lee). In
April ,03 he delivered "Robin Lee" to Nassau for the Air & Sea Show and back to
Fort Lauderdale after the boat had been "laid up" for over 3 years. "Robin
Lee" was then sold to new owners and renamed "Let It Ride". He has seen her
thru an extensive refit at Derector's and Roscioli's. Vessel has been sold
to interests in Washington State on the Pacific. |

7/94 7/97 Company Captain for Infinity Yachts, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Demonstrated new high speed (DDC) hull designed by Harry Schoell at boat shows, boat races and etc. This was the first boat with D-Deck 12V92TI Detroit Diesels to go over 50 mph. Final top speed was measured at 63 mph for a fully found yacht. |

He has also been company captain for Magnum Marine, North Miami, FL and Del Rey Yachts, North Miami Beach, FL. |

5/78 - 3/79 Master of motor yacht "Traveler" 210 x 30 x 12, for Mr. Thomas Bender of Mobile, AL. Voyages centered around the Bahamas and Caribbean. This was also the largest American Flag Yacht at the time. She is still the largest yacht ever to maneuver the Devils Backbone channel off North Eleuthera, Bahamas and enter the anchorage between Harbor Island and Eleuthera. |

77-78 Master of 140 Brigantine "Enchantress" carrying passengers from Newport, RI to and in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This vessel is the only Square Rigger ever to transit the 17th Street Bridge under sail. (Unintentionally due to engine failure.) |

Captain of Sport Fisherman "Patricia" for Patricia MacMillan in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Won the 1978 Fort Lauderdale Semi-annual and Fashion Two Twenty fishing tournaments back to back with the greatest fisherman ever, Captain Mike Barker. |

1976 Master of Sport Fishing Yacht "Rickwood" in Canadian Waters from Prince Edward Island to Fort Lauderdale. Fishing for giant tuna off Prince Edward Island, and cruised the Bras d Ore Lakes to Sidney and a lot of Nova Scotia. |

Numerous deliveries including commercial vessels, sailing yachts, and motor yachts world-wide. Timely, in budget, and with no insurance claims. Recently delivered yacht "Hula Girl" for Mr. Gene Hackman from Puerto Rico to Fort Lauderdale with cruising in the Exumas along the way. |

74-76 Master of 86 Motor Yacht "Carmac V" for Mr. Hugh MacMillan. Cruised New England and Bahamas. Charters included the Americas Cup Race, for the Australians team with Farrell Shipping Line, NY. |

71-74 Master on 77 Sport Fishing Yacht "Bon Vivant" for Mr. Ralph Levitz. Fished for pleasure and tournaments in the Bahamas and Florida. Supervised construction at Huckins Yacht Corp. in Jacksonville, FL. |

68 71 Master of 75 Yacht "Pearl Necklace" out of Hyannis, MA for brothers, Mr. Malcolm and Mr. Arnold (Buff) Chase of Great Island, Hyannis, MA. Spent summers cruising Maine to Canada, with extensive cruising in Maine, Passamaquoddy Bay and Nova Scotia. Winters in Florida and the Bahamas. |
